End User Product Limited Warranty and Repair Policy (India Only)
Dizipower Systems Private Limited (“Dizihomes”) provides this Limited Warranty to the original end user customer (“End User”) ensuring that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship, as specified below, for the applicable duration of the specific product warranty period. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and exclusively for the End User. For products repaired or replaced by Dizihomes, the warranty extends for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
Dizihome’s total liability under this Limited Warranty or any other implied warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement as outlined in this document. These remedies are the sole and exclusive options available for breach of warranty or any other legal claim. Dizipower shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, third-party claims for damages, unavailability of products for use, or loss/damage to data, regardless of the cause. Dizipower’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.
Excluded Items
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Negligence or accidents
- Improper maintenance or storage
- Misuse or installation not in accordance with Dizihome’s printed instructions
- Abuse, impact, or other force, either before or after installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Fire, lightning, tornadoes, or other acts of God
- Contact with liquid, extreme humidity, sand, dirt, extreme heat, or food
- Excessive electrical supply or power issues
- Abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions
- Use outside intended applications
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
- Service by unauthorized providers
- Installation of unapproved third-party products
- Issues caused by accessories, products, or components not supplied by Dizihomes
- Products for which Dizihomes has not received payment
- Buyer’s remorse
- Products with altered, obliterated, or removed original identification information
- Products sold as second-hand
If the End User identifies an issue with our product, the following steps must be taken:
- Contact Dizipower’s support team
- providing the product serial number, original invoice number, and details of the issue observed.
- The support team may request additional information, such as screenshots, images, or videos, to assist in diagnosing the issue.
- For software-related issues, the support team may suggest updating the Smarteefi APP, restarting the module or router, or other troubleshooting steps.
- During the warranty period, there are no additional charges. Dizihomes will repair or replace the unit and ship it back to the End User. Please refer to the applicable warranty period, as it varies by product.
- Post-warranty, repair and return shipping charges will apply, and the End User will be notified of these charges upon receipt of the unit for repair.
- Items shipped to Dizihomes without a valid original order number or lacking requested details will be rejected.
- Shipped items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit and must include the original invoice number.
- The End User agrees that Dizihomes is not responsible for any loss or damage sustained in transit.
